Online shop manager. Since ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Deutschland GmbH owns the Italian online shop, I was invited to join the online sales team as the Italian representative. I moved from ZWILLING Italy to the company's headquarters in Germany to set up and manage the Italian online shop.

In this role, I have a dynamic and multifaceted job that requires me to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire business, including product range, marketing and sales strategy, management and data analysis. I am responsible for developing effective sales strategies that are both user-friendly and optimized for the Italian market.

This role requires me to have a broad view of the business, and I must constantly strive to ensure that the online store is functional and aligned with the company's goals. Overall, I find this role challenging and rewarding as it requires me to constantly adapt and innovate to stay ahead in a competitive online retail environment.
