Your responsibilities
- Process Governance & Ownership: Establish and maintain the enterprise-wide process management framework, defining clear ownership, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.
- Process Design & Standardization: Lead the design, documentation, and standardization of end-to-end business processes across functions, regions, and business units.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring measurable business benefits.
- Process Performance Management: Define and monitor process KPIs, performance targets, and improvement measures to ensure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Digital Transformation & SAP Enablement: Translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions, supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to drive cross-functional alignment and resolve process-related governance issues.
- Organizational Change Management: Promote process-oriented thinking and adoption of standardized processes through effective communication, training, and change management.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the Process Excellence team while coaching Process Owners, Business Process Experts, and Key Users.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure business processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, with appropriate controls embedded throughout.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in business process mapping, optimization, standardization and automation
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., O2C, P2P, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R2R) in an industrial setting
- Proven track record in process redesign, continuous improvement, and cross-functional change initiatives
- Experience in international and matrix organizations
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, and process modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio
- Experience with process mining, data analysis, and reporting tools, such as Celonis, Signavio Process Intelligence, and Power BI
- Fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
